Each instrument has been tested and functional properly before shipment. Please refer to below return policy:

1.The instrument is working properly, but you don't want it anymore (you will need to pay for the international courier fees; must have no visible signs of use; within 7 days after receiving the instrument)

2. The instrument is not working properly, please contact us via support@e-syslink.com (We will process the trouble shooting and try to figure out the issue together)
